The steps for online therapy:

Schedule a session. Complete all the intake through a secure, easy, portal.

You will get text reminders 24 hrs before your session and an email 15 minutes before your session.

The email will have a link…click the link. If you use a phone, you will have a (1) time download.

Boom! Now you are ready to go and seeing your therapist’s eager face.
